More and more photographers who began shooting digital are getting into film photography. It's not simply a "retro" fad that will change, film offers things that digital simply cannot. The medium is not really more difficult, a camera is a camera, they all function on the same principles. Film has a uniqueness to it that nothing else can compare to.
Before relocating from Ohio to North Carolina I had an opportunity to photograph Annie one last time. We had already shot on digital and I thought it would be great do this session on film. I bought a few rolls of Kodak Ultramax 400 from the drugstore and we had a few hours of fun shooting. Here are some of the results.
